Pizza Hut

Executing a high-volume casual dining space requires precision; delivering five identical locations across Mumbai demands serious logistical scale. This multi-site rollout for Pizza Hut demonstrates our capacity to act as a centralized execution partner for global F&B brands.

We served as the single point of accountability for all civil, MEP, and interior millwork across the five sites. Our contracting teams ensured absolute aesthetic consistency, from the light-oak structural column cladding and custom steel planter partitions to the heavy-duty vinyl banquette seating. By centralizing the fabrication of specialized joinery and deploying experienced, parallel site teams, we delivered flawless, standardized dining environments engineered to perform reliably under extreme daily footfall.
